We work hard every day to provide you with the best service. See below for details on delivery, payment, warranty, and complaints.
Delivery
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock. When you click on the color and size of your choice for the item you wish to order, the delivery time for that product will be displayed. This is shown above the order button.
For custom-made products/products made to your specifications, different delivery times apply. An estimate is provided in the product description on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs.
Here's an indicative overview of all rates (including 21% VAT if applicable). The final rate is always displayed at checkout:
Please note: These rates apply to standard-sized packages. For heavy items/large-volume packages such as blankets, we reserve the right to charge higher shipping costs. You will then receive a payment request for the additional shipping costs.
Specific areas/islands may be excluded, and shipping rates may be higher.
Delivery is via DHL postal or parcel carrier. For international shipments outside the EU, we use FedEx or a local carrier. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Items are delivered by parcel or postal service from Monday through Saturday.
Estimated delivery time for immediate delivery: we have this product in stock. Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday).
2-5 business days / 5-10 business days: We will receive this product from the supplier within the stated number of business days and then send it to you.
Custom products always have a longer delivery time. This is always stated in the product description.
Payment
Pay
At horseridersclassics.nl, you have several options for safe and easy payment. You can pay with iDEALWero, a joint initiative of Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank, ASN Bank, and SNS Regio Bank. With iDEAL Wero, you can pay for your online purchases reliably, securely, and easily. You pay within your familiar online payment environment at your own bank, using the same tools as with online banking.
As an online banker, you can use iDEAL Wero directly, without having to register. Always include your order number. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. If you haven't received an email confirmation, please call our store or email service@horseridersclassics.nl. To pay for your order, click the iDEAL Wero logo. Then select your bank, and you'll see your payment ready. You sign as usual with your own online banking account. iDEAL payments are debited immediately. We receive an online confirmation, ensuring fast delivery. You can pay with iDEAL free of charge.

Prepayment
You can use your bank transfer. Payment should be made to: Horse Riders Classics in Ansen. Always include your order number. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. As soon as payment is received, we will ship your order. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, please call our store at 0522-555 444 or email service@horseridersclassics.nl.

Warranty and complaints
Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
The warranty provisions of the manufacturer apply to all delivered articles, insofar as this concerns manufacturing and material errors. The term of the manufacturer's warranty is usually 1 year. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. As soon as third parties have worked on the product, our warranty expires.
Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing customer service@horseridersclassics.nl.
As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
