Customer discount

If you are logged in as a customer, you will receive a 10% customer discount on non-discounted items and almost all brands, just like in the store. This means that you will receive a 10% discount on a large part of our range, even as a new customer!

Please note: the price after discount is not visible on the collection or brand page or on the product detail page, but you will only see it appear in the checkout. You can consult your shopping basket and discount prices at any time.

I am already a customer of yours with an account. How do I log in and receive the 10% discount on suggested retail prices?​​

  • You go to 'My account' at the top right, between the search field and the shopping cart. Choose 'Log in'. If you are already a customer and know your password, enter this information and click on 'log in'. Important: Use the same email address you registered with in the store.
  • If you are already a customer, but do not know your password, enter your e-mail address and click on 'forgot your password?'. You will now immediately receive an e-mail in which you can create or change your password. Once the password has been changed, you can log in with this information.
  • Didn't receive an email? Take a look in your spam box. Is there nothing in that and were you a customer with us before 2023? Then you probably missed the notification to reactivate your account. You can contact us to receive the invitation email again.

How do I become a customer and receive a 10% discount on my order?​​​

  • You go to 'My account' at the top right, between the search field and the shopping cart. Select 'Create account' here and fill in your details.
  • You can then also choose whether you are a private individual or would like to buy on behalf of a company. If you buy in the name of a company not established in the Netherlands and wish to receive an invoice, please enter your company information and valid European VAT number. The VAT will then be deducted in the checkout and you will therefore immediately pay for the purchases with a discount and excluding VAT. Read more about registering as a VAT-free customer here.
  • If you want to change something about your data, you can always do so via 'my account'.

Vragen over je klantaccount

Ik ben klant bij jullie en heb al een account. Hoe log ik in en ontvang ik de 10% korting op adviesprijzen?

  • Je gaat naar 'Mijn account' rechts bovenaan, tussen het zoekveld en de winkelmand. Kies hier voor 'Log in'. Als je al klant bent en je wachtwoord kent, vul je deze gegevens in en klikt je op 'inloggen'. Belangrijk: gebruik hetzelfde e-mailadres waarmee je geregistreerd bent in de winkel.
  • Als je al klant bent, maar je wachtwoord niet hebt, dan vul je je e-mailadres in en klik je op 'wachtwoord vergeten?'. Je krijgt nu onmiddellijk een e-mail toegestuurd waarin je je wachtwoord kan aanmaken of wijzigen. Zodra het wachtwoord gewijzigd is, kun je je met deze gegevens aanmelden.
  • Heb je geen e-mail ontvangen? Kijk dan in je spambox. Zit daar ook niets in en was je ook al voor 2023 klant bij ons? Dan heb je waarschijnlijk de melding gemist om je account opnieuw te activeren. Je kunt contact met ons opnemen om de uitnodigingsmail nogmaals te ontvangen.

Hoe word ik klant en ontvang ik 10% korting op mijn bestelling?

  • Ga naar 'Mijn account' rechts bovenaan, tussen het zoekveld en de winkelmand. Kies hier voor 'Account aanmaken' en vul je gegevens in.
  • Je kan vervolgens ook kiezen of je particulier bent of graag namens een bedrijf wilt kopen. Als je koopt op naam van een niet in Nederland gevestigd bedrijf en een factuur wenst te ontvangen, vraag dan hier B2B toegang aan. Nadat u van ons goedkeuring op deze aanvraag hebt ontvangen kunt u vanaf dat moment btw-vrij aankopen doen. De BTW wordt dan in de checkout in mindering gebracht en u betaalt dus direct de aankopen met korting én exclusief BTW. Lees hier meer over het aanmelden als BTW-vrije klant.
  • Wil je nog iets wijzigen aan je gegevens, dan kan dat steeds via 'mijn account'.
