Black Friday week and the holiday season are very busy periods. That’s why we’re sharing a few important tips to help ensure your order goes smoothly:

✔️ 1. Always check the delivery time

The current delivery time is shown on the product page and in your shopping cart.
Do you see “delivery time on request”?
👉 Please contact us beforehand so we can confirm the expected delivery time. This helps you avoid surprises later on.

✔️ 2. Custom helmets & boots will be delivered after the holidays

The order deadline for custom helmets and boots with delivery before Christmas has unfortunately already passed.
Still ordering a custom item?
👉 Please keep in mind that your order will be delivered after the holiday period.

✔️ 3. In-stock items are shipped quickly

All items we have in stock (marked in green) are shipped the same working day when ordered before 13:00 (1 pm) (Except for items marked as “in stock at supplier.”)

If you order on time, your package often arrives very quickly!
